Nicolas and William Smith : A Strange Story

This story begins 15 years ago when a volunteer firefighter dies of cardiac arrest, all in place as long as it was felt very generous. But shortly after his death, firefighters decided to sell the station to a family that moved from another country and had no place to live. The family came to live unaware that there volunteer firefighter, William Smith, died there.

After 15 years on the anniversary of the death of firefighter William Smith, Kevin's oldest son the family found a mysterious book that tells almost the entire history of New York, and there was the story of William Smith. Kevin decided to investigate more, curious about Smith and what had happened in his house, his brothers Jose and Nicolas at first thought he was crazy and decided to ignore him.

It is night and Stella's friend came over to visit them, Kevin obsessed to know more about what happened to William Smith and asked Stella, as she lived there longer. She tells him that is all true what it was said in the book, also that is rumored that on the 15th anniversary of the death of William Smith, he would come to take over a human body to continue his mission as a volunteer and a firefighter.

At that time they were talking, the chairs were misteriously stacked and no one was around, the four boys, Kevin, Jose, Nicolas and Stella were really scared and decided to go upstairs to hide. Kevin's parents, were musicians and had a recording booth, the scared kids went and hide there, but suddenly the door closed and they were locked up. Being there they realize they missed one, Nicolas had disappeared.

They did not know what to do and were too scared, they seek for help but nobody listened. Kevin recalls that in the book that he found William Smith said that he would return at midnight and would take body of whoever is there.

They feared the worst because Nicolas was not there, when they were thinking what to do and how to get out, the bells began to ring and gave the 12. Stella took the microphone very scared and broke the glass, so they made their way out.

Kevin, Jose and Stella were looking for Nicolas, but Stella found he was sitting in the chair, apparently asleep, she was about to wake, but Nicolas suddenly woke and he started talking and saying he was not Nicolas and he was gone forever because William wanted to continue his work of helping people being a firefighter.

William Smith tied Stella, Jose and Kevin, and he goes home, they try to scream very frightened. Kevin's father heard the boys, and helped then, they were very frightened and told him everything that happened. Mario decided to wait because if they called the police they were not going to believe them.

The strangest thing was that the next day, as if nothing happened Nicolas appeared sleeping in his bed, and said that he remembered nothing of what had happened. This story has spread throughout the neighborhood. After that day everything was normal, but every time was an emergency and called firefighters, Nicolas mysteriously and suddenly changed and said nothing was going to help firefighters, but it was all but Nicolas volunteer firefighter William Smith was inhabiting his body.
